No brand name professional politicians, no leadership conventions.  If we could get a caucus, the caucus would choose who should be leader.

We are a "grass roots" organization.  All changes are with the approval of members.

CoR has two general meetings annually, one in May and one in October with other meetings being held as required.  We often have a Christmas dinner meeting.
