ITS PICNIC TIME AT PROTO-
SUNDAY JULY 27TH AT BINBROOK'S FAMEE FURLANE AFTER 2PM.
Once again this is great family fun with games and ice cream (or freezes)
for the children and BBQed steak, sausage, pasta and non-alcoholic
beverages for everyone. We ask that you bring your own fruit, salad and
desert if you wish. Non alcoholic beverages outside the patio areas are
at your own risk and discretion. As per government regulation and in
order not to jeopardize the Famee Furlane club's license, only licensed
booze is permitted in the patio area.
This Sunday, your team manager will be recording the number of attendees to
the picnic so that we have an idea of how much food to order. We don't
have any strict guidelines or care who you bring, but we do ask that you keep
the numbers reasonable. A good guideline is that you restrict your guests
to your immediate family. If you bring extra guests (friends, neighbours,
uncles, cousins etc.), we feel that a contribution of $10 per person
is appropriate.
THERE IS A $3 PER PERSON ENTRANCE FEE AT THE PARK COLLECTED BY THE
FAMEE FURLANE. DRAW PRIZES ARE WELCOME.
2008 Belleville Tournament
The Belleville tournament was a success.
Proto went undefeated how ever two games ended in a tie placing Proto in a
second place finish. Many thanks go to Ilvio DiPelino and Angelo Andreatta for
all thier work and cooking fantastic meals. Special thanks also go to
Frank Romano and Joe Rottela the Belleville rookies.
