You have made your discards and clicked the 8H (on 4 x 13 grid of available cards) as a candidate for the starter.

To confirm it as the starter, click the 8H on the dealer's deck.   This will begin pegging.

If you make a mistake, click Action - Reset to start over.   The hand will be cleared and scores reset.
