Your first 3 cards have been selected - AS, 2H, 3D, but your fourth has not.   The selection mouse-pointer has already been moved to point at 4C.   The current fourth card candidate is 3C.

Selection is a 2-step process.

To select the 4C, click on the 4C location in the 13 x 4 grid of available cards.   This will display the 4C in your hand.

To confirm it as a selection, click on the 4C card in your hand.   This will then show the next available card in the grid, 5S, as a candidate for your next card.   Repeat this process until all six cards have been selected.

If you make a mistake, click Action - Reset to start over.   The hand will be cleared and scores reset.
