Before dealing the next hands, HALSCRIB EXPLORER analyses pone's opening lead and dealer's reply, and categorizes each card in both hands as follows:
These statistics will be used in HALSCRIB v7.0 to make "grandmaster" strategy pegging decisions.

DEALER REPLY
A "15" means dealer's reply would make a 15-2.
A "pair" means dealer's reply would be a rank identical to pone's opening lead.
A "bar5let" means dealer would not play an X-card in reply to pone's lead of a card under a 5.
A "complet" means dealer would be able to complete a run after pone's reply of 15-2.
An "elevlet" means dealer would be able to make 31-2 after pone plays an X-card (10, J, Q, or K). Colvert's "magic eleven" is a special case of an elevlet when pone's lead is an X-card.
Note that elevlets must have mates. If pone replys with an X-card in the 15 reply example, 6D would make 31-2.
A "pairlet" means dealer's reply would be from a pair.
A "pentlet" means dealer would be able to pair pone's reply of 15-2.
Note that pentlets have mates. Dealer would be able to pair with the 3H after pone answers dealer's 2C by any 3 for 15-2.
A "runlet" is any run invitation.
A "samelet" means pone could make 15-2 by playing the second card from a pair which was lead.
PONE LEAD
A "doublet" means pone could make 15-2 after dealer pairs the opening lead.
A "barXlet" is a small card lead and not from an available fivelet to counter dealer's non X-card replies to small card leads.
A "fakelet" is a lead from a partial flush in an attempt by pone to mislead dealer further in the play.
Note that fakelets are two or three cards of the same suit, but not four.
A "fivelet" (aka Colvert's "magic five") means pone could make 15-2 after dealer plays an X-card (10, J, Q, or K).
Note that fivelets, cards less than 5, must have mates. The 2 lead followed by the 3 after dealer's X would also make 15-2.
A "pentlet" means pone would be able to pair dealer's reply of 15-2.
Note that PONE pentlets also have mates. Pone after leading 9D would be able to pair with the 6S after any dealer's 6 for 15-2.
A "quadlet" means pone could make 15-4 by pairing dealer's reply.
A "singlet" means the card is not one of pair, fivelet, pentlet, and quadlet.
The 10S is a singlet.
