Click on any MIN column to compute SAFE VAL as the sum of MIN CUT and MIN PEG. MIN PEG values are always negative. MAX and MIN CRIB values are negative when HAL deals.
SAFE VAL is the sum of MIN CUT and MIN PEG when HAL deals and the sum of EXP CUT and MIN PEG when you deal.
Click the SAFE VAL column once or twice so that the values are descending. Make sure that the scroll bar is positioned at the top. For this hand, the SAFE discards are 5H and QS.
