Toronto Sunday Sun THE TORONTO Sun has many gifted writers who make your newspaper the one to read. With Thane Burnett and Rachel Sa raising my spirits and rejuvenating my soul during the week, it was pure pleasure reading Jerry Gladman's story about Leon Davine in The Sunday Sun (May 5). I cried with incredible joy when my mind's eye pictured his "champagne celebration" with his little kid's hockey team. Gladman's description of Leon's endless quest to be a larger-than-life father is a notion we should all aspire to. His passing bears witness to those who consider him an angel of life whose abundant humanity and goodness are a blessed gift to cherish. Leon inspires us to live our lives to the fullest with our families and friends and be the best that we can. I wish I could have known him. (Thanks to Jerry's piece, we feel like we did)
