PUTTING DALTON McGuinty's 231 election promises in a Sunday Sun centrespread was an act of pure genius on Lorrie Goldstein's part. Dalton had better get busy because in order to keep all 231 of his promises, he will need to keep one every week for the next four long years. Already, he has fallen behind.
