MARK-ALAN WHITTLE I'LL KICK THE HABIT BEFORE PAYING MORE Toronto Sun Comment, November 25, 2003 THANKS TO Dalton McGuinty and his nickel-and-dime tax collecting schemes, I will be painfully reminded of his many broken promises each and every time I sneak outside to light up a cigarette, because Dalton will be charging me almost 10c a cigarette for the privilege. All the more reason to kick the habit so he won't get any more of my hard-earned cash. (Actually, raising tobacco taxes is one promise Dalton's kept) |
