Re: Rahman cleared of all charges, Dec. 11 Herald-Tribune:

After reading about this institutions (CARTA) "corrupt governance" and the horrible treatment of Dr. Rahman in the Daily Herald-Tribune, I'm left wondering when heads will roll, but won't, due to the culture of "institutional arrogance" this self-proclaimed professional organization held forth in their treatment of Dr. Rahman.

What, if anything is CARTA planning to do to rehabilitate their organizations reputation amongst the professionals required to be members?

How many executives involved in this travesty have resigned from the board, the discipline committee or been fired for their rank incompetence to govern fairly and effectively?

CARTA's silence on this issue speaks volumes.
