Dear Mr. Whittle,

I am writing to follow up on our telephone conversation regarding the death of your birth mother.

Your birth mother was Violet May (Mae) Graves, born October 17, 1939 in Newcastle Bridge, Queens County, New Brunswick.

Two addresses appear in the Adoption file: 34 Baillee St. (her family's address) and 19 Walnut St. S. Her employer is given as Majestic Grill.

As discussed, we were advised that your birth mother died in Fredericton, New Brunswick on September 5, 1981. Her name at the time was Violet May Ullman. She was 41 years of age. Unfortunately, no cause of death or place of burial was provided.
