How do I start a web document?

Starting a web document in Dreamweaver is a little more complicated. When you plan to make a whole site, you'll save yourself a lot of hassle later by going through the Site Creator.

In Dreamwave's menu bar, select 'Site > New Site...'

This pops up the New Site dialogue. You don't have to put all the information in now, just be sure to define a directory for your site.

Now, under the site directory to the right of the screen, select File > New File, and a new HTML file will be created.
