December will be magic again. We will
brighten up the short dark evenings with twinkling colourful
lights. We will indulge in all the sweet and savory treats we
forego the rest of the year. We will gather our friends and family
about us, in body and in spirit. And we will sing songs of thanksgiving.
Our hearts will be full. O' Tidings of comfort and joy.

December Evening
A shifting swirl of dry brown leaves
Silently frosted with sparkling white.
A colourful string of electric bulbs
Transforming the darkness to magical light.
The crunch of frosty bright snow underfoot
The silent calm of the still winter air.
The sight of your home at the end of the road
A light in the window, a cozy armchair.
May peace, joy and harmony
Embrace all you hold dear.
Blessings at Christmas,
And all through the year.
