Link of the Month:Yogaaahhh

Yoga is a wonderful way to strengthen, exercise and refresh your body and mind. This site provides a quick introduction to basic hatha yoga poses. The site contains illustrations and descriptions of standing, inverted, seated and lying poses. Also included are asana sequences for each day of the week. The site also lists an extensive collection of yoga videos, reference books and links to many other yoga sites. Relax and enjoy!

Hamilton, Ontario Link: The McMaster Silhouette

The student voice of Hamilton reporting from McMaster University. This weekly campus newspaper is produced by fourteen student editors and over 100 volunteers. The web site offers campus news, sports, arts & entertainment, lifestyle, editorial and opinion pages. A limited number of back issues are also available to peruse. Click below for university news.

Children's Link: The Prince and I

This creative kids' site is run by the National Film Board of Canada. It contains stories and games and a bulletin board for posting children's drawings and stories. When kids join the site (free of charge) they are given their own web page complete with their picture and personalised stories and games.
